Shipping policy

We’re committed to providing quick and dependable shipping for all our customers.

Orders placed by 1 pm CST, Monday through Friday, will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1 pm CST on Friday, or over the weekend, will be shipped the following business day. We use USPS or UPS for all U.S. shipments.

Damaged Items

We take great care in ensuring our products are shipped safely, but occasionally fragile glass items may sustain damage during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, please reach out to us immediately with the following:

• A photo of the damaged item in its original packaging, including any bubble wrap.

• A photo showing the damage to the item.
